apps version #18

apps versioning function needs to be update to 

git<-read.csv("/srv/shiny-server/histogram/.git/refs/heads/master", header=FALSE)

ie. add the path to the app's folder. depends on #17

done - as this only affects the single repo apps, ie. new version of the shiny deployment
