Body weight button missing on gene page #294

Issue: There used to be a body weight button below the phenotype grid on the gene details page when there was body weight available. This is now missing and should be restored.

To reproduce: 1) Navigate to https://www.mousephenotype.org/data/genes/MGI:1929293 2) See that there is no bodyweight button

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Body weight button appears below phenotype grid

This was due to the missing derived paarmeters IMPC_BWT_008_001, and the corresponding ESLIM bodyweight curve parameters. These are now included
