Requirement:
We agreed to have the fertility data row in All Data table to redirect to a chart page, in the same way as any other data in the All Data table.
This would be a new chart type page. Should follow the same style as all other chart pages and include all the metadata parameters for fertility.
Issue:
Currently, when you click on the fertility data in the All Data table, you are re-directed to the sideways Manhattan plot tab. This is unexpected behaviour and you still do not see the fertility data.
Example of gene with fertility data apparently available, but re-directing to the sideways Manhattan plot tab:
Pramel15
Note there is a bug in this gene page: Pramel15 is the current gene symbol for MGI:3712553 , while Pramef20 is a synonym http://www.informatics.jax.org/marker/MGI:3712553. There is a new ticket reporting this bug #407.
This ticket replaces ticket #62.
