Comms - user questionnaire #817

We would like to run a questionnaire to learn more about our users. It should be short and simple. Starting point:

What type of user is it?
How often do they visit?
How did you find out about us?
What features do they use the most?
Are there any areas they struggle to use?
How satisfied are they with what they are using?
How do they keep up to date with changes in the KB?

A first pass of the questionnaire shared with the team, feedback received and incorporated. We will have a popup box on the homepage announcing the questionnaire. We will announce the questionnaire using Twitter and emails. Date to launch the questionnaire to be decided.
