[Gene Page] HTGT links not showing on targeting vectors table on the order section #826

The HTGT service describes the oligos used to create the ES cell alleles. The page showing these oligos on the IMPC website was not linked from the Order section of the gene report page.

Data was not missing - fixed the frontend JSP issue Update pushed out to live
