Some charts outstanding for preparation of the UKBB paper - detailed in the UKBB rolling notes

We have a collection of final figures and tables for the main text and supp material. There are a couple of chart types outstanding generation as detailed in UKB rolling notes.

Created some new charts. Will need to recreate some due to age range split. Going well.
