[EuroPhenome data] Legacy time series parameter with wrong date time format #272

Replace 24:XX:00 to 00:XX:00 on the files:

./HMGU.2013-10-31.15.experiment.impc.xml ./HMGU.2013-10-31.16.experiment.impc.xml ./HMGU.2013-10-31.17.experiment.impc.xml ./HMGU.2013-10-31.18.experiment.impc.xml ./HMGU.2013-10-31.19.experiment.impc.xml ./HMGU.2013-10-31.20.experiment.impc.xml

And re -run the ETL. Also update the Eurphenome archive.
