Empty Interfaces

Some Interfaces are empty, see:

• Toolbar Interface */ public interface ToolbarInterface { } '''

Or:

''' /**

• ControlInterface */ public interface ControlWindowInterface { } '''

Makes little sense, there are only very very few cases in which empty interfaces make sense.
