panles opneed externally should stay first open in the same monitor as the main Halcyon window #27

If I move the main Halcyon window into another monitor, the newly opened panels are opened in the original (first/main) screen and not in the screen where the main halcyon window has been opened.

Ideally, the first time a panel is opened, it should be opened in the same window as the main halcyon window. It's up to the user to move it somewhere else...
