Ticky support #156

There is already a wip branch with good support for ticky entries from the eventlog.

It would be great to also have the "global" ticky counters available in some fashion.

Support for Ticky profiling was added in https://github.com/mpickering/eventlog2html/pull/167 and released in version 0.10.
