Builds of GHC master commits including https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/6485 fail as ghc-cabal now depends upon libstdc++.

It's possible that we will disable the simdjson dependency in GHC bindist builds, as noted in https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/20724.
