I read the published article and started to test this software. I noticed the documentation says --download-defaults, not --download_defaults as shown in the help of the software. Very cool work!

Hi, thanks for reading the article! You're right, there were a few typos in the documentation that have now been fixed, the correct command is seqverify --download_defaults.
