Add Overview of docs #24

Potential solution to #23

I reconsidered, and I think something like this would help.

Then you can link to the documentation with:

https://github.com/dschwoerer/flexiblas#documentation

That hides the code at the top, and should make it easier to find the documentation :-) A dedicated documentation page on RTD or github pages would be nice (in terms of making the documentation findable) but that would of course be more work ...
