Download doesn't open #132

I have downloaded Understudy, but when I double click it it says that has
successfully downloaded but it really hasn't. Usually it become a folder
icon. What have I done wrong?

Is this still a problem?

The initial comment isn't entirely clear. You seem to be saying that you've 
downloaded 
and that it hasn't downloaded.

If the problem is that the installation doesn't seem to work, logging out and 
back in 
might help.
