using menu button doesn't properly close video #133

After using the menu button on my apple remote, on 2 different computers, to
cancel out of playing
a movie I experienced a problem.

I received an error message from netflix telling me that my account was still
streaming 2 movies
(my limit). I called and they couldn't reset anything on their end (blamed
silverlight which I'm not
believing). They told me that you can't use the back button or close the
browser because the movie
is still marked as playing on their servers if you do.

I'm assuming that one needs to use the "Back to Browsing" button that is shown.

After a certain amount of time Netflix realizes you're not still watching the
movie, right?
Do you have any sense of how long that takes?

When I called in, I was told that one must wait the length of time of the
feature being
watched.

I haven't run into this in a while, and frankly it shouldn't have ever been a
problem. Can anyone else comment on whether it still crops up?
