www.tvcatchup.com is great, but i can't add the streams to Frontrow via 
understudy as it says 
invalid feed.

This would be a brilliant add on

Agreed. The difficulty is that development is done from the US, and TVCatchup 
is 
limited to the UK. It's not impossible to work on, but support for the BBC 
iPlayer has 
been extra slow for that same reason.
