Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play any hulu video
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal full screen that is centered. I see the video being played but it
is shifted to the right and there is a gray bar going down the left side of
the screen. part of the video to the right is cut off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.1 on imac with 10.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
This is what I have been looking for. tried boxee but didn't like it.
Thanks. Also I cant seem to get the add a stream from url to work either.

Mikey

What is the display resolution on you imac?

The "URL from clipboard" functionality will stare at you blankly if the
clipboard
doesn't currently hold a URL referring to a known service. If that isn't the
problem,
please open another issue and include what the clipboard contents are.

just wanted to give a status report: this is fixed in the source repository and
will
be rolled out in the next available update.

fixed in release 0.4

The display has changed so that (depending on the display resolution) the video
won't
be clipped (more akin to letterbox display). If there is a desire for an option
to
have the video fill the screen more (like "pan and scan") please create a new
issue
for that.

Of course, if the fix doesn't work in some way, reopen this issue.
