feedback from 10/16/19 virtual forum #19

At the 10/16/19 virtual forum several community members asked to have an info argument added to MPI_Session_get_nth_pset and MPI_Session_get_num_psets. This doesn't pose any particular problems and will be added prior to the next forum.
