need to consider sessions aware MPI T interfaces #8

MPI T would be more useful, esp. for the idea of using different MPI implementations within a single application using session, if we added sesssion aware functions for getting things like cvars, pvars, etc.

as a start we added Sessions objects to the MPI T table 14.2
