Petitioner name missing on caption #100

Testing on domestic PPO for adult self, the petitioner's name is missing from the caption of CC 375 image

Also missing on nondomestic stalking CC 377 caption image

Note: this is a duplicate of issue #88 but has some additional/different details, so I will leave it open at this time.
