Error generating sexual assault documents #110

Received this error when trying to load the final screen of the nondomestic sexual assault path. I had put in 2 pending cases and 2 previous orders, both of which would have triggered the attachment to be created (in case that helps diagnose).

Update: I tested again using only very basic and essential answers and got the same error.
