Blank attachment page generates #177

This page generates even though it has no contents: image

I think I possibly said I wanted to protect another named person. Maybe that was supposed to go in this attachment? image

(Because I was trying to track down a separate error, I used the Undo button so I can't check for sure now, sorry!)

Could not reproduce. Tried with parameters above and tried triggering pending cases, prior judgments, other relief request, or who to protect from threats. None of them had this effect.
