Details:

the petitioner contact info screen came up right after the Oakland confidential address question, without the safe address message inbetween. Then the safe address message came up after the questions about which PPO type (domestic) and "petitioner_respondent_relationship" and right before the question about petitioner aliases.

Said Petitioner doesn't live in michigan, both adults
