hides right screen part on larger screens #85

@normon66 when you have a chance, would you mind taking a look before I merge this? Working on adding the part that will go in each individual interview to our coding documentation now.

Got some opinions from the team on the name to use for the review link. Annoyingly, space is super limited on the nav panel before it goes to a 2nd line for some screen sizes, which I really wanted to avoid. So currently, it's set up to say "Review / Edit" on the nav panel on larger screens and "Review your answers" when displayed under the buttons on smaller screens.
