FATAL ERROR: LIBUSB_TRANSFER_STALL (TP LINK UB400) #21

USB Dongle: TP LINK UB400 (Driver Zadig WinUSB v6.1.7600.16385) USB Hardware ID: VID 0A12, PID 0001, REV 8891 OS: Win10 Pro 21H2

Games affected: AC, F1 22 (run.bat doesn't recognize game), Dirt Rally 2, Automobilista 2 (which I have tried with this error result) Symptoms: 100% working for couple of minutes, then suddenly disconnects with following below.

Note: sometimes it shows (run.bat in cmd window) noble warning: unknown peripheral 0008d3f22cbe

Solutions that worked fluently but then couldn't re-occur: run.bat --interval 50 (Ran perfectly for hours, even switching between supported games, then suddenly Fatal error, and noble warning: unknown peripheral 0008d3f22cbe) This fix does not recognize running or starting F1 22.

Solutions tried without success: run_compat.bat run_compat.bat --interval 50 run.bat selective.bat for each game Different USB ports
