Vault can't be closed if mount is busy #53

If the mount is busy, the Vault can't be closed/unmounted.

FWIW I get errors a little less than half the time when attempting to lock vaults; something to the effect of "an unknown error has occurred". I am able to unmount/lock the vault with fusermount -uz '/appropriate/path/to/vault'
