@pkeke Seems like the extension migrated to the official API instead of session tokens, (see https://github.com/mpociot/chatgpt-vscode/issues/41) To use the extension go to https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys generate a key and use it in the Chatgpt: Api Key field
