Bug: Song title from SHADE not parsed properly #1212

Shade 111 - Shoop Shoop Song.mp3 parses as title = "Shade 111 - Shoop Shoop Song.mp3", which is incorrect.

Problem was that "Shade" was not capitalized.

I've made the filename parsing case-insensitive now. In most places, it was already case-insensitive, so I had to simply change "[A-Z]" to [A-Za-z]" in the remaining places.
