Feature: Time cues in lyrics sheets #419

Possibly related to auto-scrolling: A formatting button that inserts the current song-time (maybe that can also be edited) into the cue sheet, blinks when coming up, maybe blinks in a different color when time.

(Doug Saunders requested this for round dance cuing, but I think it'd be handy for square dance lyrics sheets too, and might be a way to insert the auto-scrolling cues)

Rather than blinking: 3 states, upcoming, done, and some quick transition state.
