Feature: SSD level for SD #434

This is a nice-to-have, since more callers are working with SSD now (SSD is the successor to Club50, and a bunch of other related reduced-length lists).

It might be nice to be able to set the VUI level to SSD also, so we callers can get used to calling only SSD-level calls.

Given the database I built to generate the revised Dance Programs, it would not be difficult to create a similar listing for SSD and add that to danceprograms.cpp. Would that be useful?

danlyke commented 6 years ago

I think so. I don't know how useful the feature is, I haven't been using it as much as I should, but I know a couple of folks doing SSD (and I hope to).

Oh, note on... it was one of these threads where you noticed what appeared to be a bunch of dupes in the database: I think I implemented this as per session, so if you check things off in different session you'll get things that look like duplicates.

We should be able to use SD's "abridgment" feature for this. Section 4 in the User Guide.
