Feature: New Loop suggested features

• looper: add a "loop OFF" or "last loop" button. when clicked looping is terminated and the music will play to the end. the button automatically is set to (PARTIALLY implemented via the "L" key, I think he's looking for a "turn off looping until the song reaches the end, and then turn it back on, if it was on originally")
• player/loop: I would like to click and drag the in and out positions (brackets) in the player with my mouse.

first bullet-point: I did not know about the function of the "L" key when posting the request . That does it for me.

It took me too long to figure out how to adjust the loop In/Out points. I never would have guessed they were on the "Lyrics" page.

Can we move them to the Music page, make it easier to select (with a zoomed-in waveform), and also allow cross-fading when looping?

Bonus points if anyone can make an iOS app just to loop parts of tracks like this.

@hkeely see #805 for some ideas that include moving the loop controls to the music tab (which I agree makes sense). Would appreciate your thoughts on those changes!
