Feature: support RTF Cuesheets #825

Either display RTF as cuesheets, or convert them to HTML and allow them to be saved

I'd prefer the first option (display RTF). Converting to HTML is way too complex (yes, we can do the conversion, but we really can't edit very easily after that, without substantial changes to the editor).
