Starlink IP addresses #155

Hi, there is wrong location info about Stalink connection.

My IP 145.224.105.197 seems to be in London, but according to Starlink support it is in Prague. See official list: https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv

It's likely due to an outdated GEO-IP database being used on the production website. It appears MaxMind has the correct location for that IP currently so whenever the maintainer updates the local database this should be resolved.
