Aw man Mike, I guess I closed that last ticket prematurely.

Basically I'm trying to further extend that set of four cryptocurrency bid/ask plots to cover an additional four or six coins; maybe I just don't know what I'm doing, but basically I select a group with the click-drag-release method; then copy with ctrl+c; finally a paste with ctrl+v.

Everything looks great graphically on the flow editor, but in the layout pane to which you directed me, everything is just a damned mess.

I don't get a group copy at all; in spite of seven elements selected, and seven copied (as confirmed in the interface), I'm typically getting copies of only two of the blocks, and after pasting, they are to be found in the source group instead of a new, duplicate group.

Additionally, the layout pane doesn't seem to update to reflect changes made to the flow.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have an ancient version of node red? what the heck?

Thanks for any assistance you might provide, I know you are not the node-red help desk. In fact, if you want to direct me to the proper venue for this node-red stuff, I'd be most grateful :)

This is the way :D

Hey Mando 😄

I don't get a group copy at all;

I think what you need is the Group Node editor. Double-Click the Chart Node (any one of them) and click on Edit Group Node:

Add the chart to a node of your choice (or create a new one). Do this for every node that is displayed on your dashboard. You can also dig deeper and put them on a different Tab:

2021-12-15_17-36

And add fancy font-awesome icons:

2021-12-15_17-36_1

Update and deploy - your dashboard layout should be clean afterwards.

I know you are not the node-red help desk.

So far the nodered is still strong with me - keep them coming 😃 But should you decide you need more professional help - the experts can be found over here:
