Add help documentation #81

Scope

[x] create UAModelDesignerSolution.uamdsl files
[x] create *.aml files
[x] copy *.aml files to the docs folder
[x] add *.aml files to the existing on-line help documentation

additionally

[x] add documentation link to the README.md
[x] report any warning added to the *.log files
[x] check the foldes structure
