interaction with OpenStudio #16

Both plug-ins manipulate location data and although I'm not sure if su2ds gets 
in the way of OpenStudio, I know that OpenStudio gets in the way of su2ds. I 
haven't researched the problem in depth, but I suspect it's because both 
plugins set values in the Sketchup.active_model.shadow_info hash. 

This may be unavoidable, but at the very least the manual should be updated to 
mention this issue.
