Tooltips position #28

I'm having problems with the location of tooltips on my app. They appear on layers below the modal. This is happening on chrome, safari and firefox. Is there a way to disable tooltips for the time being?

Solved, this had to do with using nemo64:bootstrap without enabling tooltips, sorry for this.
