Hello Owner

I'm running ADReset on a Windows Server 2012 R2. When trying to connect to the AD server, I get the following error: The Active Directory connection was not successful. Please check your settings.

I checked the error logs, but it has no entries. Do you know a way I can enable debugs to see the exact error to try and tackle that

i change to ubuntu 14.04 on GCP, but still can't connect AD

GCP Firewall allowed 636 port in ingress/outgress rules, Do i need to enable any port or service in Ubuntu 14.04?

Hi @chenboshiun,

Can you try in ldap.conf contain only "TLS_REQCERT never".

@chenboshiun did that work for you? I recommend properly configuring the CA to use, but the suggestion from @geektalz is a valid workaround.
