The Group could not be found. #22

I have successfully connected to one of the domain controllers with SSL on port 636. The next step of the process is setting up the system settings, however it does not see any of the security groups inside of Active Directory. Our organization uses sub OU's inside of AD with users, and groups inside of each OU. This is running on 2016 Active Directory with pre-windows 2000 deactivated. Any ideas?

Exactly the same situation... Experiments with connection settings did not bring to success.

hi Sorraik it would be really helpful if u can share , how u have sort the ad connection issue. i have tried with keeping TLS_REQCERT never only. but still getting the ad connection issue
