USSD applliction development using java #1

i'm new to USSD application development.
i using java to develop the USSD application.
how can get the phone number of the USSD message using this API ?
is this API can  be used to send and recieve USSD  messages from the USSD 
gateway which is using HTTP request to send messages for applicaion.
