Should do sequence:

git checkout gh-pages
git checkout master Web/static/
git checkout master Web/index.html
rm -rf static
mv Web/static/ .
rm -rf Web/
git add --all
git commit -am 'merging changes to gh-pages branch for deploy'
git push
