560 post processing stashes reference config with tracked subfolder #580

The post processor will now archive the config.toml into the subdirectory with the processed/triangulated data.

In the GUI display, if processing has been done then it will display the camera array at the time of the processing, otherwise it shows the current array (same as in the capture volume widget).
