Image is like a system, but generates the target image.
Systems load from a target image, some config is already done.
Systems with no image, do not get provisioned. (Future: kickstart support)
Selecting an image, overrides the distro and repo config in system
Generation to be handled by the mprov_jobserver (https://github.com/mProv-Manager/mprov_jobserver/issues/7)

This will also require the MPCC to know about jobservers who are registered with the image-server jobmodule and which servers are registered to serve the image in question. When asked for an image, the MPCC should redirect to the jobserver in question to serve the image via a 302 redirect.

NOTE: pxelinux does NOT respect 302 redirects, it fails to load the redirect and dies. iPXE does this successfully
