Allow mPCC to serve up Ansible Playbooks/Roles #88

Rename the "scripts" section to "config management" and add Ansible Playbooks/roles in a similar way to scripts work

Ansible playbooks could actually run from a "script" within the script runner. This would mean no modification to the jobserver, and would make it modular to add the function to an existing setup.
