JOBMODULE: script-runner

Need a jobmodule or a few jobmodules for doing script runs on images/systems.

This might be able to be accomplished with a deep grab of the host/image in question, get the scripts associated, and iterate over them.

At the moment there are 2 script types:

• image generation - runs once just before MPCC generates the image. Needs to be called once from a chroot in the image by the image-update jobmodule.
• post-boot - run after a system is booted, as one of the last processes in the systemd startup.
