Background: mps-youtube used to work mostly fine just one week ago when I discovered it and used it to download a youtube video. There was a DIFFERENT hiccup (which I send out a PR #1077: https://github.com/mps-youtube/mps-youtube/pull/1077 here), but overall it still managed to get the job done.
Symptom: Today it emits that error Youtube Error 403: Access Not Configured. YouTube Data API has not been used in project 422897895433 before or it is disabled.
Workaround of deleting ~/.config/mps-youtube/cache_py* mentioned in #1063 did NOT work for me.
But then, since I only care about downloading a video, rather than playing it inside mps-youtube, I tried mps-youtube 's underlying tool, the youtube_dl - which is already shipped with mps-youtube - and then a simple command-line youtube_dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...... simply works. (It does not even have that "hiccup" #1077 mentioned above.)
