Playback stops after a few seconds #1246

Issue / Suggestion

No matter which video is chosen, the playback gets stuck at 4s or 5s and doesn't go beyond that for some reason. Tried updating yewtube via pip, but still no change.

It was working fine a few weeks ago. Could it be because some change youtube made or something?

Actually, playback does proceed a tiny bit if we wait long enough. Like 4 seconds every minute or so..

As in I started playing a video when I opened this issue, and at the moment the same video playback has reached only 49 seconds after all this time (appoximately 25 minutes).

Have same problem, but the playback last longer, though never goes up to the end of the track. Remember it happened at one point with mps-youtube too.

My problem had disappeared after some time. But I am not sure if it was after an update.
