help basics says that d downloads the video/audio but help download explains that d <number> shows the list of formats the user can select to download. In the screenshot in README there is a view where downloads lists the available formats to download.
Issue / Suggestion
fix it such that d does not overload the options and maintains the behavior where d <number> lists available formats to download OR
allow the user to pass in yt-dlp flags like -F or --list-formats and select the corresponding format to download
