[ ] allow only one live instance per channel
[x] 1 <= amount <= 25
[x] 2 <= delay <= 15
[ ] edit to parse susan files properly
[ ] add stop command
[ ] add detector command to see if people are answering and stop if they are not
[ ] get all Susan files and test them
[ ] disable trivia files per server?

Going to move this to v1.2 instead as it isn't related to the framework changes and hasn't been finished yet.
