UI-interaction during hide-UI blocks same interaction until /reload #73

When the Hide-UI option is enabled and the Opacity set on 0, an UI-interaction (mainly tested on action bar) while fading out leads to a message "DynamicCam has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI" and blocks same UI-interaction until reset with /reload
